A little sunshine sure is good for the mood!

The weather has been beautiful the past few weeks, reminding us why we live here. It also makes the days a lot easier when we can spend a lot of time outdoors! It really is amazing how a little sun can change your mood....

We've been keeping BUSY with work, school and fun. It is amazing how fast the days go by and how many times someone is hungry. As usual, I have been documenting every day with pictures!

I think we may have picked up the last kiddie pool in SD. This one has little Elsa's from Frozen all over it and Owen could not have been more excited!

Sprinkler time!

The kids really wanted to camp in the backyard so we set up their stuff on the trampoline. Me and Owen came inside early and went to sleep - in beds. I woke up at 3a and it was so foggy it was literally raining! I went to check on the rest of the crew and got an "I am FINE!" response. Ryan ended up coming inside by Emmy and Josh made it the whole night and were SOAKED!

Another summer, another slip and slide!

Pool-Topia at 5066 Park West Avenue!

If you close your eyes, you can pretend your feet are in a resort pool.

Watching the water roll down the street is pretty heart wrenching so we turn it off every few minutes. My multi-tasking skills are at an all-time high right now so I suggested Emmy make a boat to see if she could get it to flow down the street! Success! The second one she upped her game and used tin foil :) but I didn't get a pic.

Practicing for our next vacation

Look at Emmy's laugh! :)

This is what our house is looking like most days....

Quarantine portraits

This kid! ha!

Cutest new jammies ever

I have tons of video but am having technical difficulties so stay tuned for many more videos to come! Although I love this all of their faces just look painful. Too funny.

First time in probably 30 years I've been down a slip and slide and I didn't pull anything. Wahoo! Living up the last days of my 30s....

Owen had his 6 month Echo. First time in his life (literally) that he lay there for an hour, with his mask on. He watched Toy Story and I lay next to him. He kept saying it was so fun and asked if we could go back!

We can never play with just one thing - that would be too boring.

I had to listen into a call from 5:30p-6:30 so I took it outside, in the sun, on the swing, with a glass of wine with my littles man - multi-taking at its best.

Emmy is really into making signs. I had a rough week last week. Lots of work and I headed into the cancer center for a photoshoot. I came home to this. She is the sweetest most thoughtful girl.

I had to zoom in at this part

There is a red tide right now which is always very cool. Emmy of course has researched everything, why it happens, etc. I am going to explain it simply - it is red during the day and GLOWS at night! We headed out to see it - so cool. The pics don't do it justice.

Someone else got a new haircut! He looks so old, sniff, sniff.

The beaches are OPEN! Well, sort of. There were police and life guards patrolling announcing every 5 minutes that people had to keep walking and stay apart. You can walk and surf but you cannot stop anywhere. It was sill nice to see the ocean and get some sand between your toes.

You can't keep this kid out of the water!

Handsome hubby

You can see the water is still red - almost rusty color. Its kind of gross but harmless.

A new game in the trampoline

Another day, another pool activity!

So handsome. You can really tell how much he is growing by how his glasses fit. Slow Down Buddy!
