End of school (a little late)

 Kiddos finished up 3rd, 8th and 11th grade last year! We were all toast by the end of the year and ready for the break of summer. 

What a difference a year makes!

Ryan graduated 8th grade and wore a cord at graduation to recognize his incredible grades! He has one B during his entire middle school years and it happened to be a 89.86% and his team would not round up, he's still pretty bitter about that!

What we've been up to...

We attempted to watch the astronauts land in the ocean. We didn't see anything but it was a beautiful night! 

Josh and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary in Laguna Beach at the most incredible hotel! We ate, drank, hiked, played tennis, and lay by the pool - it was glorious. 

Thank you, Grandma, for holding down the fort! 

Owen had another performance at school - Selena - he sang it every day for a month! Haha

Emmy played in the powder puff football game at school. She got an interception! 

Owen's baseball team went to a Padres game 

Emmy had a killer lacrosse season. This girl is badass and was the only junior to get an award at the end-of-year ceremony.

Owen pitched a lights-out game! The kid was pulled in to pitch with 2 kids on base, no out, and let up no runs. Then followed up with another no-hit inning to win the game :) He also happens to be the youngest and smallest on the team! The team hired a professional photographer for the game. The pics are so good!
