Unfortunately Positive

After 2.5 years of living through the COVID pandemic, including multiple close exposures, a Lawrence finally tested positive for COVID, and of course that Lawrence had to be Owen. And days before Ryan's birthday. Yes, I know this post is a little late but since this whole blog is meant to document the kids' lives for them to look back at, I just had to post about our positive COVID test!

Normally, I wouldn't have encouraged us all to breathe into each other's faces and drink out of the same cups but since we were approaching Ryan's birthday and we had so many plans, I kept Owen separate which was not an easy task. We ate outside, I swapped beds with Ryan and we traded wearing masks in the house. After a few negative tests from everyone (including Owen after 5 days), it appeared to work, and we were able to move forward with all of the celebratory plans! As for the rest of us, I think we have superhuman immunity!

Someone is not like the other!

After 4 hours of a low fever the kid was fine so we headed to the beach. Wore Masks as we walked down and sat 6+ feet from everyone on a windy day.

Thank God for the outdoot TV!

Got creative with a water balloon fight :)
