Just Me and My Buddy

It was just the two of us this week! Josh's inconvenient work meeting in San Luis Obispo turned into a 3 day sleep over at Nana and Papas house for Emmy! Since she had to school and it was sort of on the way she hung with my mom and my and Buddy manned the fort at home with Sadie. It was nice to have a bit of a break and quiet around the house (besides the bathroom tile guys who were working starting at 7:30a until 8:30p!). Ry-Guy is so good and easy, when his sister isn't around ;) haha.

I wanted to do something special with him so we went to jungle bells at the zoo! I've always wanted to go. There wasn't as much light action as I had expected but we still had a blast. He just kept saying this is so much fun mommy! He is the sweetest, most loving boy, I just love him so much.

Before Emmy left we made a gingerbread house. Well, Josh put it together and the kids ate candy and icing.

A whole lot of snuggling going on this week. Sadie loves laying on blankets and pillows. She will lay right on top of us or will gladly steal our spots if we get up or even lean for the remote. Its pretty hilarious.

Ryan thought the polar bears sleeping were the cutest things ever!

We watched a lion eat its dinner through the fence which pretty amazing but also pretty sad....
