I LOVE Christmas time. It is one of my most favorite times of the year! I love the songs, decorations, old movies they play on TV, shopping with all the crowds, wrapping, picking just the right present for everyone you love and watching them open it. So far Emmy seems to be following in my foot steps. She had a blast making decorations and decorating the tree, loves all the Christmas lights and of course the advent calendars that have candy in them. We went to the La Jolla Christmas parade on the weekend. It was the longest parade ever. I swear every girl and boy scout troop Miss every city in San Diego, etc., were in the parade, it was 2 hours! You would have thought Emmy would be bored but she
loved every minute. She thought every pageant girl was a princess and all the little boys gave her candy. It was pretty cute. On the way home she said "That sure was a fun Christmas parade!"
