The big 3-7

Well, I am a year older, have a few more wrinkles, a lot more grey hairs, am a few pounds heavier and I'd like to think a little wiser. But the best part of the last year is that I've gained a new being to love and I love him to pieces. What a great year!! :)

The weekend started with a quick visit from Zach. He was able to meet Owen and spent some quality crazy time with the kids :) Friday Josh and I went to lunch at the public market in Liberty Station. I can't believe we've never been and am glad we went without the kids because I could only imagine us all running around sampling all the food! The rest of the weekend was pretty mellow. Ryan and I played tennis on Saturday. He's really digging alone time these days so I try and plan some as much as I can. Sunday we headed to Balboa Park and went to the Natural History Museum. Ryan has been really into dinosaurs so brought one of his books to look them up. Even Emmy commented "Buddy is so cute when he is so excited". It isn't a trip to Balboa Park without a train ride and ride on the carousel :)
