January Beach Etiquette

We have had summer weather almost the whole month and it is supposed to continue! Nothing like hitting the beach on a beautiful day when there is no one else in sight. Until some family sits right next to you when they have an entire beach to take advantage of. The family that posted up literally right next to us was so loud we moved. I took Emmy to the bathroom and by the time we got back some other asshole family sat right next to us! To the point, they way they angled their beach chair, if we were both to tip them back, we'd bump heads. Do we just look that friendly?! Fortunately, they turned out to have a daughter Emmy's age and they became buddies fast. They were very nice and even shared a juice box. But man, if you are going to go to the beach in January when there are no people for miles, give everyone some space!




See, no towels for miles. Except for when a family decides to try and take cover in the shadow of our beach chair.



These girls ran back and forth to the water for hours. At least Emmy took a nap when we got home :)
