Emmy long legs

 I think Emmy has grown 3-4 inches in the last few months.  I swear. Her legs are so long all her pants are like floods.  Friday was the Spreckels jog-a-thon so I went to cheer Emmy on!  I even ran a few laps with her before heading back to work.  It was so fun!  She looked like a gazelle running around all awkwardly with her long legs :)

Carrots do a body good! We just starting getting a farmers box of fruits and veggies every other week.  Emmy has never been so excited to eat carrots.  I think we are on to something...

jog-a-thon - here she comes!

Emmy's class went on a field trip to Rose Canyon last week and she has been dying to show me so her, brother and I went for a hike today.  Well more of a nature walk on a path :)

Ryan is his big boy jammies, who will soon be sleeping in a big boy bed.  Where has my baby gone?! :(

Happy Halloween!

We had a blast this year!  Not only was uncle Marc in town, we met up with some new neighborhood friends and we were entertained by Ryan every second!  He was really into Halloween this year running from door to door like the energizer bunny.  He was cracking everyone up by how excited he was to get candy. He seriously wanted to eat every piece he got, as he got it. Emmy had fun with her friends and they all crashed by 8:45p.

Pre-Halloween fun

My friend and he husband threw a Clairemont Halloween party/parade on the weekend.  Josh had to work so me and the kiddos went.  Ryan was not too happy about wearing a costume and wasn't very excited about walking in a parade.  Until he realized there was candy involved.  I don't think we are going to have any trouble getting him to trick or treat on Friday :)

Don't even ask about the glove.  It is his new accessory!

Sunday we met up with Emmy's buddy Lia and her family at a pumpkin patch.  Basically nn overpriced, mini carnival with a few pumpkins laying around :)  Emmy and Lia had a blast and Ryan was ecstatic when he got to pet a goat!
