Baseball, Baseball and more Baseball. And now soccer...

We are up to about 6 days a week between all the kids. Ryan has 3 practices and 2 games per week, Owen has one practice and one game and Emmy has 2 practices (which she usually misses for gymnastics which she has for 3 hours, 3 days a week) and 2 games per week. And because we didn't think that was enough, Emmy joined the Standley Middle School soccer team! I swear we aren't a family of overachieved, the kids love sports and we love to watch :)

One of the moms on Ryan's team takes pictures every week and I love it so much!

This guy really is a trooper but loving life since he has free range of the snack bar each game!

Its fun to play your best buddy!

And the Brubakers came to watch so went to dinner at a bar after. Ha!

Best birthday present ever from Matt and Amy - ready for a Blue Jays game this summer! And no, he was not going to baseball, he wears this to school at least a few days a week.

Owen's friend's dad created this card for him  calling out his "bomber"

His normal school attire. No joke - he wears the glasses and gloves

So proud of her for dusting off her shin guards and getting back on the soccer field!

And because we don't watch enough baseball, we went to the Padres game on Easter! And had the best seats - kids are VERY spoiled. The Forde's joined us too :)

Sunday is family day so the kids got to run the bases on the field!

Weekends are full of fun!

Our weekends are always jam packed with sports and fun. Here are some pictures from the past few weekends.

Me and Emmy drove up to Pasadena for her state meet. As always she did awesome and qualified for regionals. Wahoo!

She is the only one on her team who is 13 - others are either older or younger so she competed by herself that day.

Killed it on bars - 2nd!
Always killing it on beam - 3rd!
And her consistency continues to pay off all around - 3rd!

The 4 hour drive home

The next morning she went to her first Bat Mitvah!

All her BFFs in converse - I love it

And they all slept over her after - and I lived to tell about it!

Meanwhile... The boys were in Long Beach watching the Nascar race!

We rounded out the week with Emmy's last Cottilian class (thank God) and Josh went for the father/daughter dance :)
