Lego Land!

We had to use our passes for the second time before they expired so we braved the crowds this weekend. We got there right as it opened so hit up some rides early and then walked around, ate lots of gross food and wasted our money on games. Everyone had a blast :)

Mini land is so cool!

Until Owie figured out he could climb over the fence and then also fit under it. Move it along!

He wanted Emmy to carry him. Wahoo! :)

Owen's first ride

We hit up the aquarium on the way out. Owen LOVED it!

He also busted a move to some xmas music :)

And that's a wrap!

Thanksgiving 2018

This year we spent Thanksgiving alone. It was nice to have a mellow day but a little lonely too! We still cooked up a 21 pound turkey with all the sides. I have to admit we did a great job with it all and it seemed easy. Josh and I kept saying we must be forgetting something?! We all played outside, hung around the house, ate and talked about what we were thankful for :) It was a great day!

He thought he was soooooo cool with a collared shirt on.

Did someone say football?!

And Emmy said I couldn't make gravy like Nana. Ha!

ALWAYS wrestling. What is it with boys and wrestling?!

Emmy did our hair like Jo Jo Siwa. AHAHAHAH

blast from the past

We had a surprise visit from our old friend Bailey last week! We met Bailey waiting tables at the Green Flash when we were 20. He's been chasing waves ever since in Maui, Costa Rica and now Indonesia! It's been 8 years since we saw him last so it was fun catching up, hearing about his life in Indo and introducing him to Emmy and Ryan (Owen was still at daycare - sorry Boo!).

2003 when we spent 3 weeks in Maui! Wow, those were the days...

Level 4 Gymnast

This girls continues to amaze me everyday! I am so impressed by her courage and strength and proud of her commitment and determination. She has been working so hard on her back hand spring and not only mastered it but moved up to level 4! Whoot Whoot!

Halloween 2018

Another successful Halloween in the books! The Conklins hosted half the neighborhood and we all treat or treated together and didn't loose anyone!

We switched up our costumes from the weekend.

Emmy dressed up like a devil with Riley, Owen wore Ryan's old spiderman costume and Ryan was the sweetest cop you can imagine!

Can I just bottle up this sweetness and keep it forever?!

O-Man

One last from last weekend. Ha!
