Last Week

Another week has flown by. It was  a short one and a long weekend. Emmy went to the movies with her buddies. She has a lot of friends right now and they all hang out all the time, its awesome. I am just waiting for them to ask to go to the movies alone... Its been cold and gloomy - May gray at its worst. Ugh. I complain every year and every year it is just as depressing. We had some friends over for Sunday Funday and actually saw a little sun Wahoo!

Sadie has taken a liking to Owen whether he likes it or not! She gets very upset when he cries and loves to give him kisses all over his face.  

I guess this is one way to wake him up. oh Sadie!

 

 

 

She actually dropped this huge disgusting toy in his swing to play. Ha ha!

 

Happy little dude

Ryan has his tee ball trophy party at Round Table. It was pure CHAOS! Kids getting all sugared up, in a super hot stuffy room while playing video games. It was like they were all on crack. Phew what a night.

This is SD in May and June Boo! I want some sun. Took this picture during my run on the bay. Hit 3.5 miles this time. Baby steps ;)

This little guy isn't a huge fan of tummy time and when he is on his stomach he just lays there. Don't think he is going to be crawling anywhere anytime soon!

He is also always sucking on his fist but can't seem to find his fingers or thumb. Damn! I try to help him all the time, maybe it'll help his sleep?! I will try anything...

Owen started to laugh! It is hard to predict what makes this little guy laugh and nearly impossible to predict it on video but we got a few clips :)

Busy Week

We had another busy week last week. They are just flying! I am trying really hard to enjoy each day and not think about how many week i have left until I go back to work...

Monday - I took my first mommy and me barre class! This guy was strapped to me the whole hour

Tuesday - Owen and I met Ryan and his class on a field trip to Kate Sessions Park

 This guy outgrew the bassinet. I was hesitant to put him in the pack and play, he looked too small. Well he spread his wings and made himself comfortable :)

Wednesday - Emmy had her annual Fiesta de Mayo event and performance. She'd been practicing for weeks :)

thursday - I surprised Buddy by taking him to the zoo! We got him all ready and packed up for school but i drove right past the exit to PB. He said mommy you missed the street and I said no buddy we aren't going to school we are going to the zoo! He was confused for a minute and then was so excited to have a special day :) 

He was really into the snakes. Wanted to take this picture with my phone..  Eeek!

The one benefit of this guy waking up 3 times a night? He sleeps all day.

Friday - Ryan had his last t-ball game of the season. So sad!

Saturday - Emmy and Ryan went over to Audrey and William's house. So fun they can all play together and soon will ALL  go to school together!

Mother's Day Weekend 2017

We had a busy weekend that started out with a tee ball game. Only 1 more to go and the season is over - it went by so fast! Josh coached again and decided to pitch to the kids instead of using the tee. Pushing those kids already ;) They all did great and Ryan whacked a few really far! Al his practicing at home paid off and I am sure coach Daddy knew he would hit 'em hard :)

After the game, Emmy went to Riley's bday party all day and night (Erin was very brave) and Ryan went to Blake's house. You'd think Josh and i would take advantage of an afternoon with only one kids but we didn't know what to do with ourselves! Josh took a nap and I took a (very painful) 3 mile run.

Sunday we headed over to Balboa park for a picnic and ended with a "family party" as the kids like to call it. We had a great day. I love having everyone home on the weekends, it gets a little lonely sometimes during the week! I am one lucky lady to have 3 amazing kiddos and one furry one who call me mom :)
